In 2018, Analog Devices Ireland implemented Access PeopleXD formerly CoreHR as its Core HR platform. The deployment targeted the Cork based Global Payroll team and supported HR and payroll record management for approximately 1,500 employees in Ireland, covering weekly, fortnightly and monthly payroll cycles.
Access PeopleXD was configured to manage employee master data and core HR workflows, including absence and leave management for sick, maternity, paternity, parental and other statutory leave types, benefits administration including Benefit in Kind healthcare, salary sacrifice deductions, and pension and AVC contribution processing. The implementation also captured equity related inputs such as RSUs and stock options, supported one time payments, allowances and deductions, and provided payroll staging and validation capabilities to support completion of time and attendance processes and payroll movers, hires and terminations.
The implementation established interfaces and output channels to support statutory payroll reporting and finance reporting, including Revenue RPN processing and submission workflows. Access PeopleXD served as the authoritative HR data source feeding payroll execution activities for the Cork payroll operation and accepted time and attendance inputs needed for accurate payroll runs.
Governance centered on an end to end payroll lifecycle model with defined reconciliation and auditing activities, escalation paths to the Payroll Manager for exceptions, and participation in end to end testing of new processes and systems. Operational controls included ongoing maintenance and auditing of standard working hours, deductions, allowances and bank details, role aligned tasking for payroll production and ad hoc reporting to support employee queries and finance needs.
