In 2015, Anda implemented Oracle JD Edwards World as an ERP Financial solution for its United States distribution business, a company operating with approximately 500 employees. The deployment concentrated on financial and customer master capabilities, explicitly addressing accounts receivable, customer master and address book modules to centralize customer data and receivables processing.
As a member of the J.D. Edwards OneWorld implementation team, the engagement produced blueprint documents, detailed design documents and functional specifications for conversions, interfaces, reports and enhancements tied to the accounts receivable and customer master areas. Functional workstreams included configuration of account and address data models, AR transactional processing rules and report specifications, with the business analyst role translating end user requirements into system configuration and enhancement requests.
The implementation included designing interfaces and conversion routines to populate the customer master and address book from source data, and functional specifications for AR reports used by finance and collections teams. Collaboration occurred across multiple module teams to ensure that customer master and AR requirements aligned with upstream and downstream functions, supporting order to cash continuity and customer data governance.
Governance and rollout emphasis rested on cross-functional coordination, with the team conducting training and demonstrations for all functions related to the assigned modules and providing post implementation support. The documentation set and functional specifications were used to guide cutover activities, conversion validation and ongoing support workflows for accounts receivable and customer master operations.

| DocuSign | Legacy | DocuSign eSignature | Digital Signing | Content Management | n/a | 2021 | 2021 |
In 2021, Anda implemented DocuSign eSignature as a Digital Signing solution on its public website. The deployment embeds DocuSign eSignature into customer-facing workflows to capture legally binding signatures for contracts, order forms, and service agreements initiated through the site.
Configuration centered on embedded signing and template management within DocuSign eSignature, leveraging envelope templates, recipient routing, authentication options, and audit trail capabilities. The implementation used API-driven envelope creation and client-side signing widgets to provide inline signing experiences while preserving server-side control of documents and signature metadata.
Operational coverage is focused on web-based signature capture for customer and partner interactions, with internal administrators using the DocuSign eSignature console to manage templates, access usage logs, and monitor envelope status. This approach keeps the public website as the primary signing channel and consolidates signature lifecycle data within DocuSign eSignature.
Governance and workflow changes included standardizing templates for consistent fields and signing order, formalizing authentication and access policies for signers, and retaining audit logs for compliance and traceability. Implementation emphasis was on centralizing web signing processes and embedding DocuSign eSignature into existing document flows without introducing new external system dependencies.
