In 2022, ANEGIS implemented Talkdesk Enterprise Contact Center Platform to deliver Call Center capabilities directly on their website. The deployment is cloud-hosted and embedded into customer touchpoints on the corporate website, supporting real-time web-based contact flows and agent interactions for client-facing services in Poland. ANEGIS uses the Talkdesk Enterprise Contact Center Platform to provide Call Center support for customer service and client engagement business functions.
Configuration focused on standard contact center modules including inbound voice routing, interactive voice response, web chat and omnichannel routing, agent desktop interfaces, call recording, and operational reporting to support service and sales teams. The implementation organized agent groups and queues to mirror ANEGIS service lines, and integrated the Talkdesk instance with website contact widgets to capture inquiries and route sessions to assigned agents. Governance centered on role-based agent access, queue management, and configuration of call handling rules to align with professional services workflows.
