Architecturally, the engagement established a middleware development environment for Smart Connect, with project management responsibilities that defined the technical architecture and security requirements for system interoperation. This middleware work underpinned financial data orchestration between the new Oracle Cloud ERP deployment and existing finance tooling, and informed technical and security controls applied during rollout.
Governance and process work included serving as a liaison between Accounting, Sourcing, and IT, identifying, tracking, monitoring, and communicating project issues, scope changes, and contingencies. Process documentation was produced for training, and UAT and release planning artifacts were completed to support controlled adoption of Oracle Cloud ERP across accounting and sourcing workflows.
