In 2015, ANHAM implemented SAP ERP ECC 6.0 to consolidate core ERP Financial operations. The deployment targeted corporate finance and accounting functions, centralizing ledger management, accounts payable and receivable, fixed asset accounting, cash management and financial close workflows for the organization.
Configuration work focused on standard SAP ERP ECC 6.0 financial modules including FI and CO capabilities, chart of accounts design, multi‑ledger posting rules, tax and statutory reporting configuration, intercompany accounting controls, and period close orchestration. The implementation included template-driven master data models and parametrized workflows to support month end close and invoice to pay process standardization.
The technical architecture integrated SAP ERP ECC 6.0 with enterprise data sources and middleware listed in project artifacts, using Oracle 10g and Microsoft SQL Server 2008 R2 as back‑end databases and leveraging Informatica for data warehousing extracts. Middleware and integration layers included Boomi and Tie server for application messaging and ETL, while reporting and BI consumption used Crystal Reports, BIRT and I‑Reports to deliver formatted financial statements and operational reports.
Governance emphasis centered on finance process controls and centralized change management to enforce consistent transactional flows and reporting hierarchies. The implementation leveraged Infor Supply Chain Execution with explicit use of Infor WMS variants including INFORWMS SCE version 11 and 10, and Infor SCE 11-BI for reporting and analytics. Configuration work referenced Infor WMS 4000 Release 3.10.00.14 and RAMP v3.3 server components, and common Supply Chain Management capabilities such as warehouse management, inventory control, order fulfillment orchestration, and BI driven operational reporting were applied.
Technical architecture integrated relational database platforms including MS SQL Server 2008 R2 and Oracle with PL SQL 10g, and reporting technologies I-Reports, Crystal Reports v4.3, and BIRT REPORT v4.5. Middleware and data movement layers used Boomi, Tie server, and Informatica 8x for ETL and data warehousing tasks, enabling consolidated operational reporting and system interfacing. Governance emphasized standardized warehouse workflows, consolidated reporting and BI governance through Infor SCE 11-BI, and operational alignment across warehouse, distribution, inventory management, and transportation functions.
