Operationally the solution was used alongside existing mailroom equipment with staff operating Hassler and Neopost postal machines when required, and the mailing system was integrated into day-to-day carrier interactions for FedEx, UPS, USPS and freight shipments through label printing and operational workflows. The implementation covered the central mailroom and adjacent Office Services activities, including supply ordering, daily package distribution, and copy and binding tasks that feed into outbound mail runs. Governance and process work accompanied the technical deployment, with written department procedural guidelines and training documentation maintained and updated to reflect the Quadient IS-280 iMeter workflows. Supervisory controls emphasized cross-training of Office Services staff, adherence to distribution and shipping procedures, and daily operational oversight to ensure consistent use of the Quadient IS-280 iMeter Mailing System across invoice processing and parcel handling activities.
