In 2016 Answear.com implemented Streamsoft Verto ERP as its ERP Financial solution to centralize back-office finance and accounting operations. The implementation was led from Kraków Area, Poland and initiated with a dedicated internal implementation team created and managed from November 2016 onward.
The Streamsoft Verto ERP deployment focused on core financial management and accounting processes, configured to support transaction processing, general ledger consolidation and accounts workflows typical of an ERP Financial system. Configuration work also emphasized automation of routine financial tasks and integration points to maintain transactional integrity between finance and operational systems.
Streamsoft Verto ERP was integrated with a suite of named back-office and operational systems, including EX7 XWMS for warehouse management, Webcon BPS for business process management, QC PDM and Webcon KPC for product data management, Commit Wincash for point of sale, SQL Server tools and PowerBI for business intelligence, and SharePoint for intranet collaboration. The implementation team documented and orchestrated data flows between Streamsoft Verto ERP and these systems, enabling centralized financial posting, inventory valuation inputs and BI reporting feeds while co-managing a parallel Simple ERP instance where indicated.
Governance and operational ownership were established through an internal team of up to 14 people comprising Project Managers, Business Systems Analysts, BI Specialists and Developers, working in close cooperation with the Streamsoft vendor to implement, integrate and administer back-office systems. Ongoing responsibilities included system administration, integration oversight, BI development and supporting custom, self-developed software used alongside Streamsoft Verto ERP to meet retail back-office needs.

Governance and operating model for the Unit4 Teta HR deployment centered on HR and payroll teams executing onboarding and offboarding documentation, monitoring labor, social security and tax law changes, and participating in creation of internal procedures. The configuration emphasized compliance workflows for employee recordkeeping, payroll certification and statutory reporting, with HR and payroll specialists retained on-site to manage system-driven processes and regulatory submissions.
