The operational scope covered training and workload management for all Sales Order Processing staff, maintenance of sales order accuracy and pricing, and management reporting for the company president and senior management. Office IT responsibilities were coordinated alongside the application use, including provisioning and troubleshooting workstation hardware, printers, and Google Workspace software. Governance and process work focused on clarifying ownership for sales order accuracy and interdepartmental handoffs, identifying weak areas in interdepartmental exchanges, and proposing and implementing process changes to improve accountability. The implementation of Acumatica Cloud ERP Inventory Management was therefore tightly coupled with procedural changes, training, and scripted reporting to operationalize Inventory Management and sales order control within the small retail organization.
