In 2018 APOCARE Pharma implemented SAP Business One as its ERP Financial platform. Unirez served as the system integrator, executing configuration, testing and rollout activities for the small German life sciences firm and coordinating finance-focused deployment tasks.
SAP Business One was configured to centralize core finance functions including Financial Accounting, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Bank Reconciliation, Fixed Assets and Financial Reporting, with a chart of accounts and cost center structure aligned to German tax and reporting requirements. The implementation emphasized role based access controls, document posting workflows and a formal month end close sequence within SAP Business One, and included training and governance practices for finance and operations staff to maintain bookkeeping, compliance and auditability.
