In 2016, AQUA Infinity implemented KeyPay Payroll to manage employee pay and statutory payroll compliance across its Australian operations. The deployment used KeyPay Payroll as a cloud-based payroll application to run regular pay runs for a staff base of approximately 48 employees, with functional configuration focused on automated pay run processing, Australian tax withholding and superannuation calculations, electronic payslip distribution, and leave accrual management.
Operational ownership was assigned to Finance and HR, who configured pay cycles, award interpretation rules and approval workflows within KeyPay Payroll to align payroll processing with internal governance. The implementation centralized time capture and leave accounting into the payroll engine to support gross to net calculations and maintain audit trails, while reporting and payroll transaction records were retained in the application to support payroll reconciliation and statutory reporting obligations in Australia.
