Operational scope covered marketing, ecommerce and loyalty teams across Ara Shoes brands in Germany, with governance established for data enrichment, reporting cadence and campaign activation workflows. The ProCampaign BI deployment is positioned to provide centralized reporting and analysis to support marketing and loyalty outcomes.
