Operational coverage included underwriting, claims, medical, finance and executive reporting across the Riyadh Saudi Arabia operation, under the oversight of the senior IT manager who led configuration and training. Governance and process workstreams included development of IT policies and procedures for computer systems operations, structured requirements sessions with business managers to define specifications and timelines, and recruitment and management of IT staff and contractors to operate and administer Azentio Premia Claims. Ancillary systems implemented in parallel included a client SMS system, a CRM and automated email status reports, which were integrated into claims workflows and management reporting.
