In 2011, Aramisauto implemented Sage Business Cloud X3 (ex Sage ERP X3) as its ERP Financial application. The rollout targeted consolidation of accounting, financial management and operational controls that had been distributed across Sage 100 editions and internal controlled ERP editions.
Sage Business Cloud X3 was configured to support core financial modules including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable and statutory reporting, aligning with expected ERP Financial capabilities. Configuration efforts focused on chart of accounts harmonization, multi-company accounting workflows and centralized financial master data to enable consolidated ledger and month-end processes. The implementation design included standard ERP financial workflows such as purchase-to-pay alignment and structured month-end close sequencing.
Explicit integrations identified in project documentation included QlikView for business intelligence and reporting, Concur for expense management, ADP for payroll processing, and interoperability with existing Sage 100 controlled editions and Best Management. Interfaces were scoped to preserve transactional source integrity while positioning Sage Business Cloud X3 as the authoritative financial ledger. Data exchange patterns prioritized GL entry synchronization and vendor, customer and payroll feed consolidation.
Business and IT stakeholders participated in workshops to support the migration of the Sage100 accounting software to SageX3, producing specifications that contrasted Exist versus target states and guided configuration and testing. Governance centered on specification signoff, phased testing cycles and alignment of accounting and procurement workflows to the new system. The Aramisauto Sage Business Cloud X3 ERP Financial implementation centralized finance and accounting functions and established the integration and governance framework for downstream reporting and payroll interfaces.

In 2011, Aramisauto implemented ADP Payroll. The ADP Payroll deployment served as the central payroll application for roughly 800 employees in France, providing core payroll processing capabilities to HR and Finance and supporting statutory payroll obligations under French regulations.
Configuration emphasized standard Payroll functional modules, including payroll run orchestration, gross to net calculation engines, statutory tax and social contribution handling, payslip generation, employee master data modeling, payroll calendar management, and payroll accounting outputs for general ledger reconciliation. The implementation aligned calculation rules and reporting formats with local compliance requirements and operationalized period-based payroll processing workflows.
The ADP Payroll implementation operated within an IT landscape that included Sage 100, QlikView, Excel Concur, and Best Management, and project staff participated in workshops drafting specifications for the migration from Sage100 to SageX3 to align payroll accounting and reporting requirements. Operational ownership was assigned to HR and Finance, with a focus on mapping payroll accounting outputs into the ERP and BI layers to ensure consistent reporting and statutory filing processes.
