In 2018 Archiva Italy implemented the Pega Platform as its core Business Process Management solution to standardize sales and invoice processing workflows. The deployment targeted sales automation and passive invoice management use cases, positioning Pega Platform as the central BPM and decisioning layer for those business functions within Archiva Italy.
The implementation included Pega Sales Automation and a Passive Invoice Management application built on Pega Platform, leveraging case management, workflow orchestration, and decisioning capabilities consistent with Business Process Management patterns. Configurations focused on modeling end to end case lifecycles, routing and escalation rules, and embedded decision logic to drive automated next steps within the Pega Platform environment.
Saltech Consulting acted as the system integrator and provided Lead System Architect and Pega BPM Consultant resources to develop, maintain, and support the BPM applications, with engagement activity spanning prior to and following the 2018 go live. Integrations were implemented to instrument the Sales Automation and Passive Invoice Management workflows with surrounding enterprise processes, and operational ownership included ongoing development, maintenance, and support responsibilities by Saltech Consulting.
Governance centered on application lifecycle management and BPM change control, with Saltech Consulting supporting iterative enhancements and operational support for Archiva Italys sales and invoice processing teams. The engagement emphasized sustained application support and decisioning maintenance under the Pega Platform Business Process Management deployment.
