Integrations were implemented to instrument the Sales Automation and Passive Invoice Management workflows with surrounding enterprise processes, and operational ownership included ongoing development, maintenance, and support responsibilities by Saltech Consulting. Governance centered on application lifecycle management and BPM change control, with Saltech Consulting supporting iterative enhancements and operational support for Archiva Italys sales and invoice processing teams. The engagement emphasized sustained application support and decisioning maintenance under the Pega Platform Business Process Management deployment.
