| Tungsten Automation | Legacy | Kofax MarkView | AP Automation | ERP Financial Management | n/a | 2020 | 2020 |
In 2020 Archrock deployed Kofax MarkView as an AP Automation platform to support Accounts Payable operations. Archrock used Kofax MarkView to capture and process vendor purchase order invoices for the Accounts Payable team based in Houston, TX.
Configuration concentrated on document capture and OCR from a PO queue, automated PO number extraction and matching logic, and workflow routing for exceptions. The implementation handled approximately 80 to 100 PO invoices daily, with entries created in Kofax MarkView and matched to the PO number listed on each invoice to drive transaction processing.
Kofax MarkView was integrated with Oracle 12, with scanned invoices entered into MarkView from the PO queue and then reconciled into Oracle 12 for downstream payment and ledger posting. The implementation noted vendor Tungsten Automation as the supplier for the MarkView deployment.
Operational governance established buyer-centric exception handling, routing invoices with incorrect or missing PO numbers, line unit pricing issues, or quantity variances in Kofax MarkView to assigned buyers for review and correction. The Accounts Payable team used MarkView workflows to assign and track vendor statement reconciliation, researching past due balances and requesting copies of missing invoices as part of standard invoice resolution procedures.

| Oracle | Legacy | Oracle Cloud HCM Absence Management | Absence and Leave Management | HCM | n/a | 2019 | 2019 |
In 2019, Archrock implemented Oracle Cloud HCM Absence Management to centralize absence administration within its HR organization. The Oracle Cloud HCM Absence Management deployment is framed as part of a broader Oracle Cloud adoption program at Archrock, aligning absence policies with established HR records and job level constructs.
Configuration work focused on standard absence and leave workflows typical of Absence and Leave Management systems, including entitlements and accrual rules, time off request and manager approval workflows, absence plan setup, and reporting for HR administrators. Implementation artifacts referenced job levels for multiple work streams, which were mapped to eligibility rules and approval chains to enforce consistent leave handling across employee types.
Operational integration emphasized linkage with core Oracle Cloud HCM employee records and the broader Oracle Cloud landscape in use at Archrock, enabling synchronized employee attributes such as job level and organizational assignment to drive absence calculations. The effort included customer data clean up to ensure accurate employee master data feeding absence balances and reporting.
Governance and controls were incorporated into the rollout, with back office support for SOX controls design and testing applied to HR and absence processes, and documented approval workflows to support auditability. The implementation narrative centers on embedding Oracle Cloud HCM Absence Management into Archrock Human Resources operations, aligning policy enforcement, data hygiene, and approval governance without presuming detailed external integrations or metrics.

In 2021, Archrock selected Detechtion Enbase to provide remote monitoring and control for its fleet of natural gas compressors under the Asset Performance Management category. The decision initiated a multi-year technology project intended to lower operating cost, improve customer service, reduce emissions footprint, and strengthen asset management across Archrock's U.S. compression operations.
Deployment uses Detechtion Enbase as a turnkey, integrated stack with the Enbase Hub edge device, edge software, network communications, and cloud software. The implementation emphasizes telematics functionality to monitor, protect, control, and optimize compression assets in a single device, supporting remote monitoring, remote control, and condition-based monitoring workflows consistent with Asset Performance Management practices.
Operational rollout focuses on field installations across Archrock's compression units in the United States, with the vendor providing scaled field installations, technical support, and operator training to support fleet-wide adoption. The implementation scope covers operations and aftermarket service teams, and it is positioned to extend across Archrock's compression fleet throughout 2021.
Governance is organized as a vendor-partnered, multi-year program with phased rollouts and operational collaboration between Archrock operations leadership and Detechtion, aligned to improve response to downtime events and enable predictive failure detection. Training and technical support capabilities were specified to scale for Archrock's fleet as part of the program rollout.
Archrock publicly stated expected outcomes including lower cost, improved customer service, a more efficient response to downtime events, enhanced ability to predict equipment failures before they occur, reduced emissions footprint, and attractive returns for shareholders. Detechtion Enbase is presented as the central Asset Performance Management technology underpinning these operational objectives.
