Operational coverage included the corporate HR office and enterprise wide support for business unit HR teams, with the HR Operations and Compliance Specialist providing day to day administration and serving as a central point of contact for DOT Drug and Alcohol Testing Program monitoring. The Sterling Background Check deployment was used alongside other HR vendor tools such as JJ Keller to support compliance, while HR leaders trained business unit teams as needed to operationalize screening and adjudication processes.
Governance and process responsibilities were defined within Arcosa HR to ensure regulatory obligations were met, with the HR Operations and Compliance Specialist tasked to identify and implement process improvements to drive compliance and accuracy and to enhance the employee screening experience. Sterling Background Check therefore functioned as Arcosa Sterling Background Check BackGround Screening Human Resources capability supporting enterprise compliance workflows and vendor management.

Configuration emphasized modular process alignment and role based access for production, procurement and accounting teams, consistent with typical Manufacturing ERP functional patterns.
Integrations were implemented to link Infor BPCS with adjacent enterprise systems in the Arcosa portfolio, coordinating data flows with Oracle ESP, engineering and CAD data from Autodesk, order and customer records in Salesforce and document repositories in SharePoint. NTT Data established centralized ERP governance and deployment processes to standardize workflows and operational control across Arcosa business functions, ensuring Infor BPCS operated as the transactional core within the multi-application environment.
