ELMO Software Legacy ELMO Rewards and Recognition Employee Recognition and Rewards Management HCM n/a 2019 2019
In 2019, are-able implemented ELMO Rewards and Recognition as part of its ELMO Software Human Resource Information System deployment, using the application to support Employee Recognition and Rewards Management across its workforce. are-able reported that WDEA Works continued to leverage ELMO to ensure overall compliance and performance, positioning the Rewards and Recognition module alongside other HR modules in the same HRIS footprint. The implementation encompassed a suite of modules including Recruitment, Onboarding, Learning and Development, Performance, and Rewards and Recognition, with a Surveys module scheduled for release in the next reporting period. ELMO Rewards and Recognition was configured within that module set to operate alongside performance management and learning workflows, enabling recognition workflows, manager and peer acknowledgement processes, and alignment of rewards with performance and development plans. Operational ownership rested with the P&C Team, who centralized configuration and governance of the ELMO Software environment for HR and people operations across are-able and its WDEA Works activities in Australia. The rollout sequence emphasized integrated process flows between recruitment, onboarding, performance management, learning administration, and rewards administration to reduce manual handoffs and maintain compliance tracking within the HRIS. Reported outcomes from the annual report focused on maintaining compliance and supporting organizational performance through continued use of ELMO, with the Surveys module planned to extend employee feedback and engagement capability. ELMO Rewards and Recognition remains part of the broader Employee Recognition and Rewards Management approach used by are-able to operationalize recognition and tie rewards to documented performance and learning records.
