Hitit Crane Accounting was configured to capture revenue events and produce posting level outputs to support financial close and reporting. The Nigeria implementation integrated Hitit Crane Accounting with other Crane modules within the Hitit suite to enable consolidated finance and operational reporting. Operational coverage emphasized finance, revenue management, and operational reporting functions across Arik Air's Nigerian operations. Governance and process change centered on centralizing revenue related processes and establishing reconciled revenue flows into the general ledger. The migration enabled improved finance and operational reporting after the migration.
