In 2020 Arimondo implemented Zucchetti HCM as its Core HR system. The rollout targeted the retailer's HR and store operations for a roughly 500 person workforce in Italy, with configuration work coordinated between central human resources and store-level management.
Zucchetti HCM was configured to manage core personnel administration and employee lifecycle workflows, including employee master data, hiring workflows and recruitment planning, absence management and attendance acquisition, payslip generation and payroll related workflows, accident and maternity case handling, ANF administration, scheduling of medical visits and compulsory training, disciplinary case tracking, and monitoring of apprentices. Functional configuration emphasized standardized HR case handling, document delivery, and automated attendance capture consistent with Core HR capabilities.
Operational scope focused on central HR plus operational support to store staff, with HR activities such as drafting advertisements, CV analysis, and cognitive interviews integrated into the system driven recruitment process. Implementation work included coordination of staff training programs and collaboration across company functions to embed Zucchetti HCM into routine HR governance and operational workflows.
