Functional configuration emphasized standardized HR case handling, document delivery, and automated attendance capture consistent with Core HR capabilities. Operational scope focused on central HR plus operational support to store staff, with HR activities such as drafting advertisements, CV analysis, and cognitive interviews integrated into the system driven recruitment process. Implementation work included coordination of staff training programs and collaboration across company functions to embed Zucchetti HCM into routine HR governance and operational workflows.
