Operational coverage extended to cross-application support, with user ticket resolution and incident handling for Horoquartz, Personeo Leave, Egencia and IAM as part of the HR application ecosystem.
Rollout governance emphasized training support, a dedicated Employee Central support function, and repository maintenance to manage configuration drift and onboarding processes. The effort combined country-level data migration, interface evolution, and operational ticketing to sustain international Core HR operations.

The implementation centered on SAP Concur Travel capabilities for booking workflows, expense report submission and processing, itinerary management, and approval routing. Configuration included user role segmentation for executive assistants and finance approvers, travel policy controls and automated expense capture to streamline submission of out-of-pocket costs and corporate bookings.
Operational integrations reflected in the implementation included coordination of SAP Concur Travel data with SAP and Excel for financial analysis and reporting, as well as use of SharePoint for project management and centralized documentation. Functional coverage extended across executive support, corporate finance expense reconciliation, and travel procurement activities, with scheduling and meeting coordination integrated into day-to-day travel administration.
Governance and process stewardship were administered by executive assistant and administrative functions, who processed expense reports using SAP Concur Travel, managed presidential calendars and travel itineraries, and provided remote support for traveling executives. Workflow restructuring emphasized centralized expense processing and standardized approval flows within SAP Concur Travel, with SharePoint used to track projects and administrative tasks rather than as the primary travel system.
