In 2012, Arqiva deployed Benefex OneHub | Benefits as its Benefits Administration platform. The implementation centralized benefits configuration and employee self service for enrollment, eligibility and plan configuration across Arqiva human resources, and was configured to handle Group Personal Pension Plan enrollment options and additional voluntary contributions.
Benefex OneHub | Benefits was used to manage benefits administration workflows and benefit elections for active members, aligning plan rules that allow active defined benefit plan members to join the GPP on an employee only contribution basis. The Arqiva Group Personal Pension Plan itself continued to be managed through an online system called Orbit, which provided access to over 250 investment funds and a pension planning tool via https://orbit.orbitbenefits.com/login/login.html, and served as the member interface for fund selection. Operationally the deployment split administration tasks between the centralized benefits platform and the GPP account management portal, with Benefex OneHub | Benefits orchestrating enrollment workflows and directing members to Orbit for ongoing pension account servicing, while HR retained governance over eligibility controls and enrollment routing.

Delivery was executed with Cognizant and focused on UK operations, aligning Oracle Adaptive Intelligence outputs with the Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM data model to ensure consistent workforce and payroll records. Operational coverage centered on HR and payroll teams, and the deployment linked predictive outputs to time and absence records to reduce manual reconciliation between time capture and payroll processing.
Governance and process changes included instrumenting model review gates inside HR change control and routing predictive alerts into the HR help desk workflow for actioning. Outcomes reported by the program included improved talent and learning insights, better HR visibility into workforce skills, and streamlined time and absence to pay processes as the primary business benefits.
