Configuration work centered on module-level parameterization, business rule definition, and automation of standard banking processes to align front-office and back-office operations.
Integrations are explicitly built to the named SAP components, with SAP CRM Financial Services handling customer relationship data, SAP PO orchestrating cross-system interfaces, and SAP Omnichannel Digital Banking providing digital channel services.
