Architecturally the solution acted as a centralized analytics layer integrated with SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors and aligned with SAP Analytics Cloud work to consolidate HR metrics and time-management feeds for reporting across the Iberian Peninsula. Data consolidation and dashboarding were designed to provide a single source of truth for HR and payroll reporting across Abanca’s sites in scope.
Governance and process standardization were established during the rollout, including standardized payroll and HR process definitions and centralized reporting ownership to support consistent operational execution. The project standardized payroll and HR processes and reduced non-essential HR tasks by about 20 percent while cutting time-management reporting time by up to 60 percent.
