The Dynamics 365 deployment was coordinated with parallel initiatives for a Property Maintenance System and a Lease Accounting System, supported by enterprise wide workshops to capture cross functional requirements. Stakeholders facilitated documentation of enterprise wide requirements to ensure Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations accommodated touch points for property and lease accounting where relevant. Governance and adoption were supported through active contribution to a Data Governance Council and a UX Design Authority, shaping data models, master data stewardship and user experience standards for finance users. Project activities included facilitating workshops and mentoring the finance team to improve process documentation and enable systematic evaluation of existing processes across finance and related operational teams.

Aruma trialed Amelia in 2019 and 2020 to assist support workers in customer support settings, and evaluated the SoundHound Houndify AI Platform as part of that exploration, with the intention of providing a more accessible and intuitive way to record critical data at the beginning and end of shifts. Governance and rollout were conducted as targeted trials in two use cases rather than an enterprise-wide deployment, with operational coverage focused on support workers and customer support workflows. Results from the Amelia trials included reduced incident reporting times and time savings of up to 75 percent in some cases, enabling support workers to spend more time with customers and supporting Aruma’s objective to digitize and resurface client records for improved care delivery.
