Asgard Technographics, Software Purchases, AI and Digital Transformation Initiatives
Discover the latest software purchases and digital transformation initiatives being undertaken by Asgard and its business and technology executives. Each quarter our research team identifies on-prem and cloud applications that are being used by the 750 Asgard employees from the public (Press Releases, Customer References, Testimonials, Case Studies and Success Stories) and proprietary sources.
During our research, we have identified that Asgard has purchased the following applications: iGrafx Process360 Live for Process Mining in 2018, Microsoft 365 for Collaboration in 2019, Amazon EC2 for Application Hosting and Computing Services in 2020 and the related IT decision-makers and key stakeholders.
Our database provides customer insight and contextual information on which enterprise applications and software systems Asgard is running and its propensity to invest more and deepen its relationship with iGrafx , Microsoft , Amazon Web Services (AWS) or identify new suppliers as part of their overall Digital and IT transformation projects to stay competitive, fend off threats from disruptive forces, or comply with internal mandates to improve overall enterprise efficiency.
We have been analyzing Asgard revenues, which have grown to $200.0 million in 2024, plus its IT budget and roadmap, cloud software purchases, aggregating massive amounts of data points that form the basis of our forecast assumptions for Asgard intention to invest in emerging technologies such as AI, Machine Learning, IoT, Blockchain, Autonomous Database or in cloud-based ERP, HCM, CRM, EPM, Procurement or Treasury applications.

| iGrafx | Legacy | iGrafx Process360 Live | Process Mining | Analytics and BI | n/a | 2018 | 2018 |
In 2018 Asgard deployed iGrafx Process360 Live to replace ad hoc process mapping that was previously performed in Microsoft Visio, addressing version control issues and poor management of process information. The deployment targeted all 750 employees and every operational area, with an explicit requirement for a stable, easy to use repository that could capture end to end process flows and represent customer and supplier touchpoints consistently.
iGrafx Process360 Live was implemented to provide a central process repository, standardized modeling conventions, and process capture capabilities aligned with Process Mining best practices. Configuration emphasized standardized notation and end to end process views so staff could see full process context, an outcome noted by practitioners who reported many employees had not previously viewed full end to end processes. The implementation supported process discovery and documentation workflows that feed into Asgard’s Lean Six Sigma program.
Integrations were scoped to link captured process knowledge into the firm’s Lean Six Sigma program, enabling diagnostic and continuous improvement work to reference the same central process repository. Operational coverage included core operational areas where new product releases had been implemented without clear business knowledge, so the Process Mining capability was used to surface execution reality and to make supplier and customer interactions explicit within mapped processes.
Governance and rollout addressed cultural scale and risk management challenges, with process standardization and repository governance introduced to support scalability and operational control. Project leadership framed the initiative as foundational for improving consistency, with iGrafx software expected to help Asgard gain consistency and shift the organization’s performance to a level that can be managed through data, while leadership continued to evaluate impacts on staffing and process ownership.

| Microsoft | Legacy | Microsoft 365 | Collaboration | Collaboration | n/a | 2019 | 2019 |
In 2019, Asgard deployed Microsoft 365 to provide enterprise Collaboration capabilities across its corporate workforce. The Microsoft 365 implementation is positioned to support core collaboration needs including corporate email, document management, file synchronization, and real time communication for employees.
The deployment leverages standard Microsoft 365 components such as Exchange Online for messaging, SharePoint Online for intranet and content services, OneDrive for Business for endpoint file sync, and Microsoft Teams for meetings and persistent chat. Configuration work focused on tenant level setup, license assignment, mailbox and site provisioning, and policy definitions for retention and external sharing consistent with Collaboration platform practices.
Operational controls were established through Microsoft identity and access management to govern user authentication and role based access, and centralized policy management was applied to control data sharing and device access. The implementation supports business functions across corporate teams that rely on collaboration and content workflows, including information exchange, document approvals, and meeting coordination.
Asgard’s public website references Microsoft 365, indicating active use of Microsoft 365 for corporate collaboration and external communication touchpoints. The Microsoft 365 deployment therefore serves as the primary Collaboration platform for Asgard’s employee productivity and content services.

| Amazon Web Services (AWS) | Legacy | Amazon EC2 | Application Hosting and Computing Services | IaaS | n/a | 2020 | 2020 |
In 2020, Asgard implemented Amazon EC2 to host its public website and customer-facing applications. The deployment is categorized under Application Hosting and Computing Services and underpins Asgard's online presence for the Australian banking and financial services firm with approximately 750 employees.
The Amazon EC2 implementation establishes a dedicated compute layer for web serving and application processing, using an instance-based architecture to isolate workload domains. Configuration emphasizes image-based provisioning, standardized instance builds, and automated scaling patterns to align capacity with web traffic and application demand.
Operational scope is concentrated on the corporate website and adjacent digital channels, tying compute resources into Asgard's IT operations, security, and online customer service workflows across Australia. Business functions impacted include digital channels, IT operations, security operations, and support teams responsible for live customer interactions.
Governance for the Amazon EC2 environment centers on controlled deployment pipelines, image version control, and operational monitoring to manage capacity and security posture. Amazon EC2 continues to provide the scalable compute plane for Asgard's Application Hosting and Computing Services footprint, supporting web and application workloads without introducing additional platform names or third party integrations in the disclosed source.
