Operational scope was nationwide across Australia, supporting clinical staffing and workforce mobilisation for aged care, and involving HR, clinical operations and rostering teams. The implementation positioned TRIS by Recruitment Systems as the primary Candidate Relationship Management system for intake, screening, credential validation and rostering coordination across multiple sites. Rollout governance aligned with an emergency mobilisation cadence, driven by vendor configuration and a condensed go live timetable to enable rapid staff deployment. Process changes emphasized centralized candidate onboarding and expedited accreditation workflows to meet regulatory and operational requirements during the COVID-19 response. The implementation underscores TRIS by Recruitment Systems as an HR recruitment and rostering platform with accreditation tracking and rapid nationwide staff mobilisation capabilities.
