The implementation configured SAP S/4 HANA modules for accounts receivable processing, credit management, collections workflow automation, aging and DSO reporting, month end close tasks, and cash flow forecasting. SAP S/4 HANA was used to generate monthly reports, reconciliations, and KPI dashboards that supported AR monitoring and escalation workflows while positioning internal subject matter experts to handle report generation and process configuration.
Operational integration emphasized data and process alignment with Finance, Supply Chain and Head Office, and included reconciliation of LSP ledgers to ensure consistent month end figures. The rollout provided structured support for interim and year end audit preparation for EMEA AR, and supported ongoing configuration and process refinement for the AR finance department within SAP S/4 HANA.
Governance for the program was organized around an SME led operating model, with centralized monitoring of portfolio performance and weekly and monthly KPI reporting. The configuration supported end to end recruitment workflows, pre employment processing, contract template creation, salary change and bonus documentation, benefits administration and account management for starters, leavers and movers. Training logistics, officewide training rollouts and multiple playbooks were implemented from the HRIS to standardize processes and support coaching and development activities.
Operational governance for the HRIS emphasized compliance with GDPR and alignment to group HR requirements, with reporting used to drive corrective actions from exit interviews and company surveys. The HR Coordinator maintained the system to support staffing, recruiting assistance, disciplinary procedures and ongoing employee communications across Ireland, UK, Benelux and Nordics. Process improvements explicitly documented include streamlined recruitment, contract templates and standardized onboarding and training playbooks within SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
