The rollout provided structured support for interim and year end audit preparation for EMEA AR, and supported ongoing configuration and process refinement for the AR finance department within SAP S/4 HANA. Governance for the program was organized around an SME led operating model, with centralized monitoring of portfolio performance and weekly and monthly KPI reporting. Process changes included standardized month end procedures, escalation and follow up routines, and the creation of internal communication flows and resolution channels between finance, supply chain and head office teams. Beyond initial configuration, the implementation emphasized continuous development of reporting and analysis capabilities to support process improvement and increased automation of collections and reconciliation activities. The SAP S/4 HANA environment remained the primary ERP Financial system for AR and credit workflows, providing the operational backbone for collections, cash forecasting, and audit readiness.

The HR Coordinator maintained the system to support staffing, recruiting assistance, disciplinary procedures and ongoing employee communications across Ireland, UK, Benelux and Nordics. Process improvements explicitly documented include streamlined recruitment, contract templates and standardized onboarding and training playbooks within SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
