TekStream Inspyrus was configured to produce posting-ready journal entries to support conversion costing and income statement preparation workflows used by plant controllers and financial analysts.
The implementation integrated TekStream Inspyrus with the companys transactional systems including Oracle Financials, AIMS, and BAP AS400 to enable ledger posting, vendor master synchronization, and operational cost data alignment. These integrations supported end-to-end AP flows from invoice receipt through GL posting, and reinforced data used in variance analysis, forecasting, and capital investment decision support.
Governance was updated to embed approval thresholds and exception escalation paths within the AP Automation workflows, reinforcing internal control objectives stated by finance leadership.
