In 2018, ASUS France implemented Eurecia Zen to centralize payroll and absence management across its French operations. Eurecia Zen was provisioned as a Core HR application to unify employee administration, absence tracking and a self service portal for staff at the French entity of ASUS.
The deployment used the payroll, absences and portal modules described on the vendor case page, with configuration focused on standard Core HR workflows such as absence request and approval chains, payroll data capture and a user-facing HR portal for employees. Automation was configured around exportable payroll data feeds and absence reporting, aligning module configuration to reduce manual handoffs between HR and payroll functions.
Eurecia Zen was integrated with an external payroll provider through automated export processes, enabling structured data handoff from the Eurecia platform to the external payroll processing service. Operational scope covered ASUS France HR and payroll administration, consolidating employee records and absence data within the Eurecia environment for the French site.
Governance shifted toward centralized data ownership and automated payroll export controls, simplifying reconciliation between HR records and the external payroll provider. Centralization and automation improved data reliability and reduced payroll anomalies while saving administrative time according to the vendor case notes.
