| SAP | Legacy | SAP ERP ECC 6.0 | ERP Financial | ERP Financial Management | n/a | 2015 | 2015 |
In 2015, At Home implemented SAP ERP ECC 6.0 to centralize ERP Financial functions including Financial Accounting, Accounts Payable, Bank Accounting, Materials Management and procure to pay workflows. The implementation was executed within an on premise SAP landscape comprised of ECC, SAP PI and SAP EP, and included ABAP development and BASIS administration. SAP ERP ECC 6.0 served as the core application supporting transactional finance and inventory control.
Configuration emphasis included FICO modules for general ledger, receivables and payables, accounts payable and bank accounting, plus MM capabilities supporting procurement and inventory. Technical scope covered ABAP development for interfaces and enhancements, ECC security including role development and user administration, kernel and SAPGUI upgrades, OSSNotes and service pack patching. BASIS responsibilities extended to monitoring worker process logs, Runtime Workbench and Netweaver Administration.
Integrations were delivered using a combination of Boomi and SAP PI integration platforms, with a Boomi on premise integration environment implemented first as an atom and then as a molecule. Interface patterns included SFTP, Google PubSub, HTTPS, SAP RFC and BAPI, AS2 and EDI documents 852 and 855 for the new Drop Ship program. The team built integrations to a cloud based order management system and to partners including Pepsi, Mode, Lucernex, WorkJam, Bank of America, Wells Fargo, DoorDash and SAP Concur, and also implemented integrations supporting a Vendor Managed Inventory VMI program.
Implementation governance was formalized through an Architectural Review Board and a dedicated integration team lead in Plano, Texas who established Boomi patterns and best practices for logging, error handling, molecule setup and performance tuning using flow control and caching. Operational governance included BASIS change processes for kernel and GUI upgrades, OSSNotes maintenance and runtime monitoring. The architecture combined centralized ERP Financial modules with an on premise integration tier to stitch cloud based services to on premise transaction systems.

| Oracle | Legacy | Oracle Cloud HCM | Core HR | HCM | n/a | 2019 | 2019 |
In 2019, At Home implemented Oracle Cloud HCM as its Core HR application to centralize HR administration for the US-based retail chain. The deployment centered on Oracle Cloud HCM as the primary Core HR system and served HR, benefits, payroll, and labor tracking business functions across the organization.
Configuration and system administration work focused on standard Core HR capabilities within Oracle Cloud HCM, including employee data management, benefits configuration, payroll interfaces, and labor tracking configurations. Staff activities documented include set up, testing, and maintenance of configurations across development, test, and production instances, alongside routine auditing and system performance support.
The implementation was integrated with a constellation of HR-related systems explicitly listed in operational notes, including Taleo for talent processes, Kronos and WFC for workforce management and timekeeping, Oracle IDCS for identity and access control, and an LMS for learning workflows, supporting consistent data, processing, and reporting across HR, benefits, payroll, and labor tracking. Ongoing monitoring and maintenance of data security and user access across these systems were performed to maintain compliance requirements.
Governance responsibilities emphasized SOX and regulatory compliance controls, user access reviews, documentation of configuration changes, and audit procedures to support changes in business policies and new functionality. The program of work included routine testing, documentation, and change management across multiple Oracle Cloud HCM instances to sustain system performance and enforce governance controls.
