In 2004, ATB Riva Calzoni implemented Paghe INAZ, deploying the vendor application to support Payroll across the ATB Group. In 2004 ATB Riva Calzoni implemented IBM Cognos 8 Business Intelligence to centralize management reporting and planning, positioning the deployment within the Analytics and BI portfolio to support Controllo di Gestione. The implementation focused on group level consolidation of financial and operational reporting across ATB Group entities.
The deployment used IBM Cognos 8 Business Intelligence alongside Cognos Planning capabilities to deliver standardized reporting, ad hoc analysis, and budget planning workflows. Configuration work included development of management reports, planning models for controllership, and data modeling to feed planning and reporting layers.
Data integration was established with the companys transactional and manufacturing landscape, including BAAN ERP feeds, MES and WMS systems, PTC PDM PLM platforms, and INAZ payroll inputs, supporting cross functional reporting for finance, production planning, technical office, purchasing, warehouse and production. Data orchestration and reporting were structured to pull operational transactions into a centralized BI layer for Controllo di Gestione and planning use cases.
Program governance was led by the Chief Information Officer with formal activities for requirements analysis, software selection, contract negotiation, workgroup coordination, user training, go live support and ongoing requirement capture for enhancements. Rollout and localization work reflected coordination across the companys business units and legal entities as part of a consolidated BI and planning initiative.
