In 2014, ATC, an Atlas company implemented BST10 Enterprise as its Construction ERP to standardize finance and project lifecycle operations across branch and departmental workflows in the Greater Los Angeles Area. The deployment centered on BST10 Enterprise financial modules to support core accounting and project financials, with configuration focused on accounts payable, payroll related transaction capture, project creation and maintenance, and subcontractor purchase order processes used by branch administrators and project coordinators. BST10 Enterprise was configured to consolidate client and vendor contract management and to generate the financial and productivity reports relied on by senior administrators and management. Operational workflows were instrumented to route Branch Action Queue items and to manage day to day scheduling, expense tracking, and billing inquiries through the BST10 Enterprise application and associated office tooling. Integration points explicitly included maintaining employee information in ADP while financial transactions and project records resided in BST10 Enterprise, reflecting a cross system HR to finance handoff. Quality assurance during the BST10 Enterprise implementation included business requirements gathering, detailed requirements analysis, creation of test case scenarios, and automated GUI verification using QTP and VBScript. Testing cycles encompassed functional, GUI, backend, regression, cross platform, and cross browser phases executed by QA testers and business analysts. Governance and operational ownership were embedded with business analysts, project coordinators, senior administrators, and QA testers who coordinated branch level hiring and onboarding, review of project priorities with department managers, and ongoing customer interaction for billing and services. BST10 Enterprise Construction ERP supported these governance processes by centralizing financial reporting, subcontractor purchase order workflows, and contract records for ATC business functions including finance, procurement, HR related payroll coordination, and project administration.
