Governance was organized around recruiting and HR process standardization, with role-based access and approval workflows configured inside ADP Workforce Now Recruitment to align hiring controls and auditability. Rollout emphasis was on consolidating external job posting to the ADP career portal and operationalizing recruiter and hiring manager workflows within the ADP Recruiting framework.
