TechWolf Skills Intelligence was configured to infer skills from employee and candidate data and to seed a centralized skills taxonomy for recruitment and workforce planning workflows. The implementation focused on skills foundation capabilities, including skills inference, skills ontology management, candidate to role matching and mobility recommendation workflows aligned to hiring and reskilling use cases. TechWolf Skills Intelligence was configured to operationalize inferred skills in hiring pipelines and internal mobility processes, enabling skills tagged profiles and automated recommendations to HR and talent teams. TechWolf integrated inferred skills with SAP SuccessFactors, Cornerstone and Microsoft Teams, connecting the skills layer to the HRIS, learning and talent systems, and to collaboration channels used by recruiters and hiring managers. Integration work included profile enrichment and synchronization of inferred skills into employee records and candidate profiles, supporting end to end skills signals across recruitment and internal mobility touchpoints. Governance and rollout were executed as targeted pilots within Atlas Copco HR and talent programs in Sweden, with pilot controls to validate taxonomy and workflow changes before broader adoption. Early pilots reported faster hiring cycles, improved candidate quality and greater diversity in recruitment, outcomes that informed further configuration of TechWolf Skills Intelligence for ongoing talent processes.
