In 2018 Audacious Inquiry implemented HCL DRYiCE iControl, a Process Mining application from HCL Technologies. The implementation established a centralized process analytics capability to capture and analyze event logs across operational workflows.
HCL DRYiCE iControl was configured to deliver core process mining capabilities, including process discovery to map end-to-end flows, conformance checking to surface deviations, and performance analysis to highlight bottlenecks, supplemented by interactive dashboards and variant analysis for investigative workflows. The deployment emphasized data ingestion pipelines and process visualization, using Process Mining functional terminology to support investigative and monitoring use cases.
Integrations were scoped to connect native event sources and transaction logs to feed the process mining engine, enabling process analytics to support operations, compliance, and process governance functions. Governance and workflow alignment included establishing monitoring routines and role based dashboards for process owners, with a rollout oriented to centralized analytics and ongoing process monitoring rather than site specific system changes.
