Integration architecture centers on a live replica of the transactional database feeding Epicor Data Analytics, with transactional touchpoints coming from Epicor Mobile Warehouse for inventory transactions and Epicor Enterprise Content Management for document linkage to parts and serials. Operational coverage includes manufacturing sites for inventory and cycle counting, sales teams for revenue and brand reporting, and service engineers for access to attached factory diagnostics.
Governance and process changes were explicit parts of the program, Epicor Mobile Warehouse forced a physical pick workflow that changed shop floor behavior and Epicor Kinetic enabled disciplined cycle counting across teams.
