In 2022 Aurelia Metals implemented UKG Ready HR (ex Kronos Workforce Ready HR) as its Core HR solution. The engagement covered configuration and rollout of Recruitment, HR, Timesheets and Scheduling modules for roughly 400 staff across four locations in Queensland and New South Wales. A Project Implementation Specialist (HRIS) managed the configuration and compiled workflows and process documentation to align HR operations and workforce management. The UKG Ready HR (ex Kronos Workforce Ready HR) implementation included setup of core HR data, recruitment workflows, time and attendance rules, scheduling templates and role based access control consistent with Core HR functional terminology. Operational rollout included the setup of a SharePoint page to centralize user documentation and served as the primary knowledge hub for the program. Training and staged rollout were delivered to staff across Brisbane and additional sites in QLD and NSW between March 2022 and October 2022. Governance activities were centered on documenting work and process flows and producing user documentation to support adoption, with the Project Implementation Specialist overseeing configuration, training and go live coordination. The implementation primarily impacted HR and workforce management functions and was executed as a contracted HRIS implementation over an eight month program in 2022.
