| ChargeAfter | Legacy | ChargeAfter Platform | Loan Management | ERP Services and Operations | n/a | 2025 | 2025 | In 2025 Authority Brands integrated the ChargeAfter Platform into its BuyFin consumer financing platform to deliver omnichannel financing across its U.S. home-services franchise network. The deployment was anchored on Loan Management capabilities to centralize consumer financing workflows at point of sale and online checkout, and the ChargeAfter Platform was implemented as a white-label embedded financing solution inside BuyFin. Implementation emphasized functional modules including waterfall financing, lender optimization, lender integrations, and analytics for franchise-level reporting and post-sale management. Configuration work focused on lender routing rules, approval orchestration and embedded checkout flows to standardize origination and post-sale servicing across franchise sales channels. Integrations were executed between BuyFin front-end financing touchpoints and external lender networks via the ChargeAfter Platform, enabling omnichannel financing across franchise websites, in-home sales interactions and point-of-sale systems. Operational scope covered the United States franchise network and business functions including franchise sales, customer service for post-sale financing, and finance teams responsible for lender relationships and reporting. Governance and process work created standardized lender routing policies, franchise-level reporting templates and centralized analytics to support ongoing lender optimization and post-sale management. The program was initiated with the aim of increasing approvals and streamlining the customer financing experience for homeowners across Authority Brands franchises. |
