Subscribe‑HR Legacy Subscribe‑HR Employee Core-HR Core HR HCM n/a 2018 2018 In 2018, Autism Association of Western Australia implemented Subscribe‑HR Employee Core-HR to centralize employee master records and core HR administrative workflows. The Subscribe‑HR Employee Core-HR deployment served as the organizationwide Core HR system supporting HR data management and routine personnel processes across the nonprofit. The implementation emphasized core employee data configuration, rostering and scheduling workflows, and system level data management. Subscribe‑HR Employee Core-HR was configured to interface with mobile scheduling processes, supporting a mobile application approach for roster sign in and sign out and centralized employee recordkeeping. Operational integration work included connections with Carelink+ and the CarelinkGo mobile application for scheduling, NAV for financial or operational alignment, and enterprise identity and messaging infrastructure including Active Directory, O365 and Exchange Server. The HR system was also brought into the intranet and learning environment stack via SharePoint intranet development and use of ELMO for designing online training modules, reflecting cross‑system operational coverage and NDIS provider context. Governance and support practices were organized around a service desk model providing first level support, logging tickets, proactive and reactive troubleshooting, and hands on face to face assistance. The implementation included maintenance of the Carelink+ database, development of training materials and user guides, and internal tendering and system development activities to sustain Subscribe‑HR Employee Core-HR operations.
