In 2011 Automotions Netherlands implemented WhiteVision Invoice Processing to centralize and automate purchase invoice processing across 22 branches, and to support rapid post acquisition integration following acquisitions. The deployment targeted finance and procurement functions to unify invoice intake, matching, and approval workflows under a single AP Automation platform.
WhiteVision Invoice Processing was configured to enable automatic PO matching and rule based invoice validation, with workflow driven approval routing to accelerate signoffs. The implementation emphasized invoice capture, PO matching, exception handling, and automated routing as core functional modules of the AP Automation solution.
The solution integrated with incadea.dms to surface purchase order and document data for automated PO matching and reduced manual entry across dealership sites. Operational coverage spanned the companys 22 branches in the Netherlands, supporting standardized processing for newly acquired entities to accelerate post acquisition onboarding.
Governance changes consolidated invoice ownership in finance and procurement, with defined approval policies and routing rules enforced by the WhiteVision Invoice Processing workflows. The deployment resulted in faster approvals via workflow and higher invoices per person throughput, outcomes recorded as primary benefits of the AP Automation rollout.
