Integration and reporting activities were scoped explicitly, the program captured requirements with the Reporting Lead to enable payroll-related reports in the absence of a payroll integration, and the regional lead participated in integration requirements meetings for countries that required a Workday to payroll integration. User Acceptance Testing was supported through scenario creation, validation of security role configuration and facilitation of UAT sessions, with feedback loops to the global program team for anomalies, training gaps and documentation needs. Governance was maintained through weekly global program calls where the International region lead reported progress and surfaced risks and issues, and the role managed coordination across regional stakeholders to ensure configuration alignment and data readiness. The narrative centers on Workday Absence Management as the application delivering absence workflows, leave administration and related security and translation configuration across Avis UK and the broader International region.
