Projexia led the implementation engagement, responsible for project governance, configuration, testing and the phased rollout across finance and operational teams. The implementation configured SAP Business ByDesign modules for financial management including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash management and fixed assets, extended with procurement and inventory capabilities to support distribution and ground handling operations. SAP Business ByDesign was instrumented to centralize transactional finance workflows and shared master data for billing and supplier management across the organization. The deployment used SAP Business ByDesign cloud tenancy to consolidate ledgers and role based access for accounting, procurement and operations personnel in Canada, aligning transactional processing and month end control within a single SaaS application. Projexia executed configuration governance, end user training and cutover sequencing to align ground services processes such as fuel distribution billing and operational charge capture with ERP Financial workflows. Governance was structured around implementation ownership held by Avjet with Projexia providing program management and change management support, enabling a functionally integrated finance and operations footprint that unified accounting, procurement and distribution process flows under SAP Business ByDesign.
