Integration is designed to accept inbound marketplace order payloads alongside the existing outbound synchronization of stock numbers and tracking numbers, populating Xentral sales orders and inventory reservations. Operational scope for the pilot includes merchants using Avocadostore as a sales channel and impacts order-to-cash, inventory control, fulfillment, and customer service processes. Rollout governance follows a phased pilot with live testing of three customers prior to broader availability.
