In 2017, AVT Reliability implemented Sage 200. Sage 200 was deployed as an ERP Financial application supporting core purchasing and order processing activities within the company.

The deployment enabled HR to coordinate Occupational Health provider referrals and to facilitate recruitment tasks such as preparing job descriptions, posting adverts and managing the hiring process.
Governance measures were established to coordinate grievances and disciplinary procedures, assist performance management processes and enforce the new starter and leaver process. Access People HR System for HCM served as the primary HRIS for AVT Reliability, centralizing employee records, training compliance and case workflows while aligning system configuration to line manager and HR operational practices.
