Governance and operational ownership were centralized under the System Manager role, who reported directly to the Group CFO and line-managed two staff, while retaining supplier relationship management and stakeholder responsibilities. The System Manager acted as both a stakeholder and project manager on rollout activities, embedding support, training and MI governance into business processes to sustain Timegate Global Workforce Management operations.
