The implementation consolidated more than 55 processes spanning finance, IT, and HR into unified workflows within Kissflow Expense and Travel Management, enabling automated approvals, policy validation, and request orchestration. Configuration work emphasized structured claim submission forms, multi-step approval routing, and travel request orchestration to reduce manual handoffs and accelerate decisioning.
Operational coverage included finance and operations functions across South Africa, with governance centralized to accelerate process development and rollout cadence. Axiz reported approximately 80% reduction in process development time and a 50% reduction in process cycle time, outcomes documented in the vendor case study and tied directly to the Kissflow deployment.
The program reshaped workflow governance and standard operating procedures for expense and travel workflows, using Kissflow Expense and Travel Management as the workflow orchestration and process consolidation layer for Axiz Expense Management.
