Governance and process changes accompanied the technical deployment, establishing HR data ownership, formalized approval workflows, and standardized operational procedures within SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central. The rollout framed Employee Central as the central HR platform for Azadea Group and aligned HR operating practices to the new Core HR system.
