In 2015, B2B Bank implemented Temenos T24 as its Core Banking platform to consolidate central account and transaction processing capabilities for its Canadian operations. The deployment of Temenos T24 emphasized heavy customization of the application layer, with package preparation and package deployment formalized as repeatable release steps during the initial rollout.
The implementation architecture centered on AIX Unix application servers running Tafj based customizations, with backend persistence on Oracle and SQL databases. Configuration workstreams focused on Temenos T24 core banking capabilities such as customer and account management, deposits, loans and payment processing, and general ledger posting, aligning packageization with environment promotion and automated deployment scripts where possible.
Interface integration was a primary technical signal, with engineered interfaces connecting Temenos T24 to upstream and downstream systems through a controlled interface layer and database-level integrations to Oracle and SQL stores. Governance emphasized change packaging and deployment coordination, including formal package preparation, environment promotion practices, and operational handoffs to run teams responsible for AIX Unix operations and database administration.

| Microsoft | Legacy | Microsoft BI (SSRS, SSAS, SSIS, SQL Server Reporting) | Analytics and BI | Analytics and BI | n/a | 2012 | 2018 |
In 2012, B2B Bank implemented Microsoft BI (SSRS, SSAS, SSIS, SQL Server Reporting) to establish an Analytics and BI capability supporting financial reporting and data analysis. The Microsoft BI (SSRS, SSAS, SSIS, SQL Server Reporting) deployment used the SQL Server 2008 toolset across ETL, multidimensional modeling and reporting layers to centralize analytical workloads.
The implementation created ETL packages with SQL Server 2008 SSIS Designer to migrate and reformat data from multiple data sources, insert transformed records into fact tables and load various dimension and fact tables into a data warehouse. Development work used SQL Server 2008 SSAS projects, including data source and data source view creation, cube construction with measures and dimensions, attribute configuration and hierarchy relationships, and additions of new measure groups and dimensions. Data-mining solutions were built in BIDS, deployed to the SSAS instance, trained as models and queried using DMX, indicating operationalization of predictive workflows within the analytical stack.
Reporting was delivered through SQL Server 2008 SSRS, producing matrix reports, parameterized reports and dashboards with charts and drill down functionality. Reports were built directly from Analysis Services cubes using MDX, with complex MDX calculations implemented for time and date based metrics to populate Business summary SSRS reports showing Forecast, Budget, Actual and Prior Year Actual amounts by fiscal year. The report server was configured and reports were deployed to a web server and to SharePoint 2010, and PerformancePoint Dashboards were built in SharePoint 2010 to surface consolidated KPIs.
Architecturally the solution centered on a SQL Server data warehouse populated by SSIS ETL, multidimensional analytical processing in SSAS and enterprise reporting distribution via SSRS and SharePoint. Governance activity included report server configuration and SharePoint based dashboard publishing to centralize access to cubes, SSRS reports and deployed data mining models, aligning the Analytics and BI platform with B2B Bank financial reporting and forecasting functions.

In 2021, B2B Bank implemented DocuSign eSignature as a Digital Signing capability on its website to enable online document execution and customer-facing web signing flows. DocuSign eSignature is used to deliver electronic signature workflows for customer agreements and web-based consent processes, positioning the application as the bank’s Digital Signing layer for public-facing digital channels.
The deployment is centered on embedded web signing and template-driven envelope management, with configuration of signer authentication, role-based signing sequences, and audit trail capture consistent with digital signing best practices. DocuSign eSignature supports document lifecycle elements such as template creation, recipient routing, status tracking, and tamper-evident audit logs, which are implemented directly in the bank’s website experience for end users.
Operational coverage focuses on customer-facing digital channels and teams responsible for online account interactions, with controls and auditability to align with banking compliance needs. Governance was organized around signing workflows and audit log retention, ensuring electronic signatures captured via DocuSign eSignature on the website feed into the bank’s records for dispute resolution and regulatory scrutiny.
