Operational scope covered distributed development teams working on the customer portal and insurance application estates in India, with governance adjustments to release planning and defect triage workflows to align with continuous delivery practices. The project was executed with Tata Consultancy Services and resulted in scaled daily deployments, streamlined release planning and improved release quality during distributed development as captured in the implementation notes.
