In 2015, Bank Audi implemented Oracle Flexcube as its Core Banking platform. The program spanned Bank Audi Lebanon and Bank Audi Egypt transformation projects, with a Migration Lead assigned to coordinate the overall migration effort.
Oracle Flexcube was configured to deliver Core Banking capabilities including account management, deposit processing, loans and credit facilities, transaction processing, payments orchestration, general ledger posting, and customer information management. Configuration emphasized aligning product definitions, interest and fee schedules, and core processing workflows to regional regulatory and operational requirements.
The Migration Lead headed a Migration Team of 16 team members responsible for migrating the incumbent IBM BankMate core to Oracle Flexcube, executing data extraction, data cleansing and conversion, reconciliation, system integration testing and cutover sequencing. The team executed end to end functional testing and parallel runs to validate transaction integrity and readiness prior to live cutover.
Program governance was centralized under a migration program office with the Migration Lead providing day to day oversight, project controls, and coordination between IT, operations and business stakeholders. Rollout was staged across Lebanon and Egypt operations to manage risk and maintain operational continuity.
